Ordering, Payments and Credit Card Security
CRAP prefers to use Paypal for our payments. Paypal is a secure site for online Credit Card and eCheck payments. If you need to use a money order or certified check please contact hannah@brewerscrap.com for address and information. Please note: Orders will not be shipped until they are payed for. Ontario residents will have an 8% sales tax added.
Shipping & Handling
CRAP ships all items from Guelph, Ontario, Canada (near Toronto). Delivery for Canadian and USA orders will take from 2 to 3 weeks. International Orders 4 to 6 weeks (although some have been delivered sooner). Occasionally items get slowed down at customs, CRAP is not responsible for this. Any duties, customs, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping prices are for ground and only include a tracking number over $30 (not trackable under $30). If you wish faster and/or trackable delivery please contact hannah@brewerscrap.com for prices.
Unless otherwise stated Shipping costs are as follows:
For Canadian Orders
- $2 shipping for orders 0 to $5
- $3 for orders $5 to $15
- $6 for orders $15 to $30
- and $15 for any order over $30
For USA Orders
- $3 shipping for orders 0 to $5
- $4 for orders $5 to $15
- $8 for orders $15 to $30
- and $20 for any order over $30
For the Rest of the World
- $5 shipping for orders 0 to $5
- $7 for orders $5 to $15
- $17 for orders $15 to $30
- and $34 for any order over $30
Soap Shipments
Soap ships up to three bars for $12 North America
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product please return it (unused) within 7 days and we will offer you a replacement or refund the cost of the item. Please include the receipt (or copy), item and reason when returning. I fully and honestly stand behind the quality of my products. Any defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or repair within 3 months of the purchase date. Shipping will only be covered on defective merchandise.

Privacy Policy
CRAP will not disclose buyers personal information to third parties. EVER… Any information given to CRAP will be used for shipping your order, contacting you about your order or sending random information about CRAP and the things that we get up to (new products, events, coupons, community involvement etc.) You have to sign up for our random emails by clicking on “Join our Mailing List”.
